Hi-Rise is a fully integrated development and construction company that was founded in 1979. First, we built 678 apartment suites in North York. Shortly after, we moved on to create 1,110 apartment suites in Brampton, which featured four towers, a sizable recreation facility, and 2,000 parking spaces. Thousands of apartment units have since been developed, financed, marketed and built by the company's principals.

At first, Hi-Rise operated like a merchant builder, selling the majority of the projects that we designed and constructed. As a result, we were able to bond our projects and maintain an outstanding quick asset to quick liability ratio. Hi-Rise was able to enter the social housing market thanks to its capacity to bond contracts. We produced a lot of social housing for the Ministry of Housing, several Co-Op Groups, Canada Mortgage, and Housing Corporation.
